YourAmando — Terms of Use & Conditions of Sale
Last Updated: 14 August 2026

IMPORTANT — PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

THESE TERMS CONTAIN A BINDING ARBITRATION AGREEMENT, A CLASS ACTION WAIVER, A MASS ACTION WAIVER, AND A JURY TRIAL WAIVER (SEE SECTIONS 20–23) THAT AFFECT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS. DISPUTES WILL BE RESOLVED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS THROUGH FINAL AND BINDING ARBITRATION, EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED HEREIN. YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO OPT OUT OF ARBITRATION AS DESCRIBED IN SECTION 24. BY ACCESSING OR USING OUR WEBSITE OR PURCHASING FROM US, YOU ACCEPT AND ARE BOUND BY THESE TERMS IN THEIR ENTIRETY.

IF YOU ENROLL IN A SUBSCRIPTION, YOUR PAYMENT METHOD WILL BE CHARGED AUTOMATICALLY EVERY MONTH UNTIL YOU CANCEL. SEE SECTION 13 FOR FULL TERMS AND FOR HOW TO CANCEL.

In these Terms, "YourAmando," "we," "us," and "our" mean Aman-12 LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company doing business as YourAmando, located at 20 Abraham Dr, Howell, NJ 07731, United States.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of youramando.com, including any related subdomains, checkout funnels, landing pages, and mobile experiences (collectively, the "Website"), and any purchase of products or subscription services ("Products") offered through the Website. By accessing or using the Website, creating an account, enrolling in a subscription, clicking "I Agree," or purchasing any Product, you:

  • Represent that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age;
  • Represent that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
  • Agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Website.

1.1 Electronic Assent; Clickwrap

Where presented, you will be required to take an affirmative action (such as checking an unchecked box or clicking a clearly labeled button) acknowledging your agreement to these Terms before completing certain transactions. Your affirmative action constitutes legally binding electronic consent.

1.2 Modifications to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time in our sole discretion. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice via email, account notification, or website banner. Your continued use of the Website after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the Website, restrict or terminate access, or refuse service to any user at any time and for any reason. We are not liable if the Website becomes unavailable.

3. Account Security

If you create an account, you must provide accurate and current information. Access to your account is provided through a one-time verification code sent to the email address on file. You are responsible for maintaining control of that email account and for all activity that occurs under your account, and you must notify us immediately at support@youramando.com of any unauthorized access. We may disable accounts at our discretion for violations of these Terms.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation;
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Website;
  • Interfere with Website security or functionality;
  • Upload malicious code or viruses;
  • Engage in fraudulent or deceptive conduct;

  • Collect personal information of other users.

We reserve the right to investigate and pursue violations to the fullest extent permitted by law and may terminate your access without notice.

5. Intellectual Property

All Website content — including text, images, graphics, trademarks, logos, software, and design elements — is owned by or licensed to Aman-12 LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit Website content without our prior written consent. No rights are granted except as expressly provided herein.

6. Products; FDA Disclaimer; No Medical Advice

Statements made regarding Products have not been evaluated by the United States Food and Drug Administration. Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

All information provided on the Website — including product descriptions, testimonials, educational materials, and other content — is for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute medical, legal, or professional advice. You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any supplement program, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition. Individual results may vary.

6.1 Reliance Disclaimer

Any reliance you place on information presented on or through the Website is strictly at your own risk. YourAmando disclaims all liability and responsibility arising from any reliance placed on Website materials, any interpretation of product descriptions or educational content, and any third-party materials or testimonials appearing on the Website.

7. Electronic Communications; Consent

By using the Website, creating an account, or making a purchase, you consent to receive electronic communications from us, including order confirmations, shipping notifications, subscription reminders and renewal notices, customer service communications, and marketing communications (if opted in). You may opt out of marketing emails via the unsubscribe link in such communications; you may not opt out of transactional communications relating to an active subscription. Electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

8. Privacy; Cookies & Tracking

All information we collect is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Our Website uses cookies, pixels, and similar tracking technologies operated by us and third parties to enhance user experience, analyze Website performance, personalize content, and support advertising and marketing activities. For more information, please review our Privacy Policy.

9. Payments & Billing

9.1 Orders as Offers

An order submitted by you constitutes an offer to purchase Products. All orders are subject to acceptance by YourAmando. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.

9.2 Payment Authorization

By providing a payment method, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use that payment method and that all payment information provided is accurate and current. You authorize YourAmando to charge your payment method for Products purchased, subscription renewals, shipping charges, applicable taxes, and any other disclosed fees. If payment is declined, we may suspend or cancel your order.

You are responsible for any bank or card fees. If a charge is reversed, we may invoice you directly and seek payment by another method.

9.3 Third-Party Payment Processors

Payments may be processed through third-party providers. Your use of such providers is subject to their terms and privacy policies. YourAmando is not responsible for payment processor errors.

10. Shipping; Title; Risk of Loss

Products are shipped via third-party carriers to addresses in the U.S. and select international locations available at checkout. Accurate shipping address and phone number are required. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses provided by you. Contact support@youramando.com immediately for address changes; we cannot guarantee edits after an order is submitted.

Unless otherwise required by law, title and risk of loss transfer to you upon delivery to the carrier. Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. International customers are responsible for any customs duties and import taxes.

11. Delivery Confirmation

Carrier delivery confirmation shall be deemed conclusive proof of delivery to the address provided by you, even without a signature. You agree that such confirmation constitutes sufficient evidence of delivery for purposes of resolving disputes, including chargebacks or claims of non-delivery.

12. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If a Product does not work for you, you may return it — opened or unopened — within thirty (30) days of the confirmed delivery date for a refund of the purchase price. Contact support@youramando.com to request a return authorization before shipping anything back.

The guarantee is limited to one claim per customer or household, and all pouches from the order must be returned. Refunds are processed to the original payment method. Bank posting times vary. Shipping and handling fees, where charged, are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the Product arrived damaged or incorrect. Please review our Refund Policy for complete terms; in the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Refund Policy, the Refund Policy controls.

13. Subscriptions; Automatic Renewal; Cancellation

13.1 Subscription Enrollment

The Website offers an optional subscription purchase option ("Subscription Service") providing automatic recurring shipments of Products. Subscription is optional; every Product is also available as a one-time purchase at the standard price. If you enroll, you agree that your subscription includes recurring payment obligations and that YourAmando is authorized to charge your payment method automatically at the interval described below until cancelled.

13.2 Subscription Terms; Price and Frequency

Our Subscription Service operates on the following terms:

  • Delivery and billing frequency: Every one (1) month, beginning one month after your initial order.
  • Discount: Fifteen percent (15%) off the standard price of the item and pack size you select. The discount applies to your initial subscription order and to every recurring order for as long as your subscription remains active.
  • Recurring amount: The exact recurring charge depends on the product and pack size you select and is displayed to you at checkout before you submit your order, and again in your confirmation email. As of the Last Updated date above, the recurring subscription price for a single pouch is $39.09 for Shilajit Gold Gummies for Men and $37.39 for Shilajit Gummies for Her. Multi-pack subscription prices are shown at checkout.
  • Duration: Your subscription continues indefinitely until you cancel. There is no minimum commitment and no cancellation fee.
  • Taxes and shipping: Applicable taxes and any shipping charges are added at checkout and disclosed before you submit your order.

13.3 Clear and Conspicuous Disclosure; Affirmative Consent

Before you confirm your billing information and complete enrollment in the Subscription Service, we will present a clear and conspicuous notice, in visual proximity to the request for your consent, disclosing all of the following:

  • That your subscription will automatically renew and you will be charged on a recurring basis unless you cancel;
  • The length of the renewal period (every one month) and any additional terms of the renewal;
  • The amount you will be charged per renewal period and the frequency of those charges;
  • The cancellation methods available to you, including how to cancel online and how to contact us;
  • A direct link to the online cancellation process at youramando.com/account; and
  • Our contact information: YourAmando, support@youramando.com, 20 Abraham Dr, Howell, NJ 07731.

You will be required to take an affirmative action — checking an unchecked acknowledgment box or clicking a clearly labeled button — expressly confirming your consent to the recurring charges before your purchase is completed. Your affirmative action constitutes express informed consent to the automatic renewal terms. We do not use pre-checked boxes or other default mechanisms to obtain this consent, and subscription is never selected for you by default.

13.4 Automatic Renewal; Post-Enrollment Confirmation

UNLESS YOU CANCEL IN ACCORDANCE WITH THESE TERMS, YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW EVERY MONTH AT THE THEN-CURRENT SUBSCRIPTION RATE. IF PRICING CHANGES, WE WILL PROVIDE ADVANCE NOTICE BY EMAIL AT LEAST THIRTY (30) DAYS BEFORE THE CHANGE TAKES EFFECT, AND YOU MAY CANCEL BEFORE THE NEW PRICE APPLIES.

Following your enrollment, we will send an order confirmation to the email address you provided. That confirmation will include: (a) a summary of the automatic renewal terms; (b) the amount charged and the billing frequency; (c) the cancellation methods available to you; and (d) a direct link to the online cancellation process at youramando.com/account. You should retain this confirmation for your records. If you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours of enrollment, please contact us at support@youramando.com.

13.5 How to Cancel, Pause or Skip; No Unreasonable Barriers

You may cancel, pause, skip a shipment, change your delivery frequency, or update your payment and shipping details at any time using either of the following methods:

  • Online (easiest): Go to youramando.com/account and sign in with the one-time code sent to your email address — no password required. Select your subscription and follow the clearly labeled options to skip, pause, or cancel. No phone call required.
  • Email: Send a cancellation request to support@youramando.com. We will process it and confirm within one (1) business day.

Cancellation takes effect immediately upon on-screen confirmation, and you will receive a cancellation confirmation email to the address on file. To avoid being charged for the next cycle, you must cancel before your next scheduled billing date; we recommend cancelling at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance. Any order already processed before your cancellation will still be shipped and is subject to Section 12.

We will not require you to speak with a live representative, complete a retention flow, accept a counteroffer, or take any step to cancel that is more burdensome than the steps required to enroll.

13.6 Account Updater Disclosure

We may use an automatic account updater service provided by our payment processor. This service may update your stored payment information (for example, card number or expiration date) if your card issuer provides updated information. If your payment information is updated, you authorize us to charge the updated payment method. If you do not wish to have your payment information automatically updated, you must remove your stored payment method or cancel your subscription.

13.7 Failed Payments; Reauthorization

If a recurring charge fails, you authorize us to retry the charge, contact you for updated payment information, and suspend shipments until payment is received. Your continued enrollment in the Subscription Service constitutes reaffirmation of your authorization to charge your payment method. Unpaid balances may be referred for collection where permitted by law.

13.8 New Jersey Subscriber Rights

If you are a New Jersey resident, the following additional disclosures apply pursuant to applicable New Jersey consumer protection laws, including the New Jersey Consumer Fraud Act (N.J.S.A. 56:8-1 et seq.), and any other applicable laws governing automatic renewal and subscription services:

  • Automatic Renewal Terms: Your subscription will automatically renew every month at the then-current subscription price unless you cancel before your next renewal date.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel at any time at youramando.com/account or by emailing support@youramando.com. Once your cancellation is processed, you will not be charged for future renewal periods.
  • Refund for Unauthorized Charges: If you believe you were charged without your authorization or in violation of applicable law, please contact support@youramando.com. We will promptly investigate and, where required by law, issue an appropriate refund.

14. SMS / Mobile Messaging Program

YourAmando may offer a mobile messaging program. By opting in, you expressly consent to receive recurring autodialed or prerecorded marketing and transactional text messages from or on behalf of YourAmando at the mobile number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any message. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You may not participate in the messaging program if you are under thirteen (13) years of age.

15. User Content; Reviews & Submissions

By submitting reviews, testimonials, comments, or other content ("User Content"), you grant YourAmando a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, and create derivative works from such content for business and marketing purposes.

You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights in the User Content, that it does not violate third-party rights, and that it is truthful and not misleading. We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to remove or refuse to post User Content and to terminate or suspend user access for violations.

We reserve the right to cooperate fully with any law enforcement authorities or court order directing us to disclose user information. You waive and hold harmless YourAmando from any claims arising from such disclosures made in good-faith compliance with legal obligations.

16. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE WEBSITE, PRODUCTS, AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOURAMANDO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, TITLE, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, AND AVAILABILITY. YOURAMANDO DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE WEBSITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT PRODUCTS WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.

17. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL YOURAMANDO OR ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR SERVICE PROVIDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR MULTIPLE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS, YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE WEBSITE, ANY PRODUCT PURCHASE, ANY SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE, OR ANY ADVERTISING OR MARKETING PRACTICES. THIS APPLIES REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE.

17.1 Cap on Direct Damages

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOURAMANDO'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO YOURAMANDO DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM; OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100.00). THIS AMOUNT SHALL CONSTITUTE YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY.

17.2 Allocation of Risk

You acknowledge that the pricing of Products reflects the allocation of risk set forth in this Section and that YourAmando would not enter into these Terms without these limitations.

17.3 Exceptions

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of incidental or consequential damages; in such jurisdictions, the limitations above apply only to the fullest extent permitted by law.

18. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless YourAmando and its affiliates, licensors, service providers, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, and successors from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Website or Products, your violation of any law, or your violation of any third-party rights. YourAmando reserves the right to assume exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification.

19. Limitation on Time to File Claims

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANY CLAIM OR CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS, THE WEBSITE, ANY PRODUCT, OR ANY SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE MUST BE COMMENCED WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR AFTER THE CLAIM ACCRUES. IF NOT COMMENCED WITHIN THAT PERIOD, THE CLAIM IS PERMANENTLY BARRED. THIS PROVISION APPLIES TO ALL CLAIMS, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, STATUTE, FRAUD, MISREPRESENTATION, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

20. Dispute Resolution; Binding Arbitration

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING YOUR RIGHT TO FILE A LAWSUIT IN COURT. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED BELOW, YOU AND YOURAMANDO AGREE TO RESOLVE ALL DISPUTES EXCLUSIVELY THROUGH FINAL AND BINDING INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION.

20.1 Agreement to Arbitrate

You and YourAmando agree that any dispute, claim, controversy, or cause of action arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Website, any Product, any subscription or automatic renewal, any advertising or marketing practices, or any alleged misrepresentation (collectively, "Dispute") shall be resolved exclusively through binding, confidential arbitration on an individual basis. The term "Dispute" shall be interpreted broadly.

20.2 Federal Arbitration Act

These Terms evidence a transaction in interstate commerce. The Federal Arbitration Act (9 U.S.C. § 1 et seq.) governs the interpretation, enforcement, and proceedings under this arbitration agreement. The arbitrator shall decide all threshold issues of arbitrability, including scope, validity, and enforceability.

20.3 Mandatory Pre-Arbitration Notice

Before initiating arbitration, the initiating party must send a written Notice of Dispute by certified mail including: full name, mailing address, email associated with the account, description of the claim, and specific relief sought. Notice to YourAmando must be sent to:

Aman-12 LLC, Attn: Legal Department
20 Abraham Dr
Howell, NJ 07731
United States

The parties shall engage in good-faith efforts to resolve the Dispute for thirty (30) days before filing arbitration. Neither party may file arbitration before the expiration of this 30-day period.

20.4 Reservation of Self-Help Remedies

Nothing in this Section prevents YourAmando from exercising lawful self-help remedies, including responding to chargebacks, pursuing collection efforts, suspending or terminating accounts, offsetting amounts owed, or enforcing payment obligations as permitted by law.

20.5 Arbitration Procedure

Arbitration shall be administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Consumer Arbitration Rules before a single neutral arbitrator. If AAA declines administration, the parties shall mutually select a nationally recognized arbitration provider; if they cannot agree, a court shall appoint the provider. Arbitration shall take place in the county of your residence or, at your election, by telephone or video conference or on the basis of written submissions.

The arbitrator is authorized to award all remedies available in an individual action under applicable substantive law, including compensatory damages, statutory damages, punitive damages, declaratory relief, injunctive relief, and attorneys' fees where authorized by statute or contract. The arbitrator may not award relief on a class, representative, or consolidated basis.

20.6 Arbitration Cost Allocation

Payment of filing, administration, and arbitrator fees shall be governed by the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules. To the extent required by those rules, YourAmando will bear arbitration fees in excess of the amount you would be required to pay to file a comparable action in court. Each party shall bear its own attorneys' fees unless otherwise provided by law.

20.7 Small Claims Exception

Either party may bring an individual action in small claims court.

20.8 Equitable and Protective Relief

Notwithstanding the foregoing, YourAmando may seek temporary, preliminary, or permanent injunctive or equitable relief in state or federal courts for claims involving intellectual property, confidential information, unauthorized resale, fraud, misuse of the Website, or violation of these Terms in a manner that threatens irreparable harm. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts for these limited purposes.

20.9 Public Injunctive Relief

To the extent applicable law prohibits the waiver of a claim for public injunctive relief, such claim may be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction. All other claims seeking monetary, individualized, or non-public injunctive relief shall remain subject to binding arbitration as set forth herein.

21. Class Action Waiver

YOU AND YOURAMANDO AGREE THAT ALL DISPUTES SHALL BE BROUGHT ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY. YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION, SERVE AS A CLASS REPRESENTATIVE, ACT AS A PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL, OR JOIN OR CONSOLIDATE CLAIMS. THE ARBITRATOR HAS NO AUTHORITY TO CONDUCT CLASS PROCEEDINGS.

22. Mass Action Waiver

No Dispute shall be brought as a "Mass Action." A "Mass Action" means twenty-five (25) or more similar arbitration demands filed within one hundred eighty (180) days and coordinated by the same or affiliated counsel. Such claims shall not be consolidated or administered collectively without YourAmando's consent.

22.1 Batching Procedure

If Mass Action conditions are met, claims shall be grouped in batches of no more than two hundred (200) claimants, with only one batch proceeding at a time and a separate arbitrator appointed per batch. Statutes of limitation shall be tolled during the batching period.

22.2 Special Master

A neutral Special Master may be appointed to resolve procedural disputes regarding Mass Action administration.

23. Jury Trial Waiver

IF ANY DISPUTE PROCEEDS IN COURT, YOU AND YOURAMANDO WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

24. Opt-Out Right

You may opt out of the arbitration agreement within thirty (30) days of first acceptance of these Terms by sending written notice via certified mail to:

Aman-12 LLC, Attn: Legal Department — Arbitration Opt-Out
20 Abraham Dr
Howell, NJ 07731
United States

Your opt-out notice must include your name, address, email, and a clear statement of your intent to opt out. Opting out does not affect your other rights or obligations under these Terms.

25. Claim-Specific Severability

If any portion of the arbitration agreement is found unenforceable as to a specific claim, that claim shall proceed in court while all other claims remain subject to arbitration.

26. Governing Law; Venue

Except as otherwise provided in Section 20, these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to the arbitration provisions in Section 20, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Monmouth County, New Jersey. Nothing in this Section deprives you of the protection of any mandatory consumer-protection law of the state in which you reside.

27. Force Majeure

YourAmando shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any obligation under these Terms if such delay or failure results from causes beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, pandemic or public health emergencies, labor disputes, supply chain disruptions, governmental actions, war or terrorism, internet service failures, payment processor outages, or carrier delays. Performance shall be excused for the duration of such event.

28. Third-Party Websites & Links

We may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, practices, accuracy, or legality. Use them at your own risk and review their terms and privacy policies.

29. DMCA Notice; Intellectual Property

If you believe content on the Website infringes your copyright, please send notice to support@youramando.com with: (i) identification of the copyrighted work; (ii) identification of the infringing material and its location; (iii) your contact information; (iv) a statement of good-faith belief; and (v) a statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury. All Website content is owned or licensed by Aman-12 LLC. No license is granted except for personal, non-commercial use.

30. Assignment

You may not assign any of your rights or delegate any of your obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. Any purported assignment in violation of this Section is null and void. YourAmando may assign or transfer these Terms, in whole or in part, without restriction in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganization, sale of assets, or by operation of law.

31. No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of future enforcement. The waiver of any right or provision will be effective only if in writing and signed by a duly authorized representative of YourAmando.

32. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is invalid, illegal, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be deemed severed from these Terms and will not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.

33. Termination

These Terms remain in effect until terminated. We may terminate or suspend your access at any time for violations. Provisions regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, dispute resolution, and payment obligations survive termination.

34. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy, constitute the entire and integrated agreement between you and YourAmando regarding your use of the Website and purchase of Products. No ambiguity shall be construed against the drafting party.
