Overview
Aman-12 LLC, doing business as YourAmando, ships YourAmando products to customers in the United States and select international destinations. All orders are subject to the shipping terms below. Where a product cannot be shipped to your country due to local ingredient regulations, you will be notified at checkout before payment is processed.
United States Shipping
Processing Time
All US orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed after 12:00 PM ET may begin processing the following business day. Processing time is separate from transit time.

Delivery estimates run from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Estimates are not guarantees.
Free Standard Shipping on All US Orders
Every US order qualifies for free standard shipping regardless of order value. No minimum purchase is required.
US Shipping Coverage
We ship to all 50 US states, Washington D.C., and US territories including Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands, and the Northern Mariana Islands. PO Box and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses are accepted for standard shipping.
Subscription Orders
If you have an active subscription, each recurring order is processed and shipped on the same schedule and by the same methods described above, beginning on your renewal date. Free standard US shipping applies to recurring orders as well.
You can change your delivery address, skip a shipment, pause, or cancel at any time at youramando.com/account. Address and date changes must be made before your renewal date to affect the next shipment; once an order has been processed we cannot guarantee changes.

If your country is not listed, it is not currently a supported destination. We are working to expand our international coverage and will update this policy when new markets are added.

Delivery estimates begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order. International delivery times may vary due to customs processing, local postal conditions, and public holidays in the destination country. YourAmando is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
International Shipping Charges
International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination country, order weight, and selected shipping method. The charge is displayed in full before you confirm your order. We do not add hidden fees after checkout.
Product Availability by Country
Because ingredient regulations vary by country, certain YourAmando products may not be available for shipping to specific destinations. This is determined at the product level based on the regulatory status of each ingredient in your country.
- If a product in your cart cannot be shipped to your selected country, you will be notified at checkout before payment is requested.
- The restricted product must be removed from your cart before you can complete your purchase.
- This is not a checkout error. It reflects our practice of shipping only products that are legally permitted in your jurisdiction.
We review product availability by country on an ongoing basis. As formulations are updated or regulatory guidance changes, the list of available products per country may change. Please check at checkout for current availability for your destination.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs processing fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or the shipping charge shown at checkout. YourAmando has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. For guidance, contact your local customs authority before placing your order.
Order Tracking
A tracking number is emailed to you when your order ships. For international orders, tracking visibility may be limited once the package enters the destination country's postal network.
Damaged, Lost, or Missing Orders
Damaged or incorrect on arrival: contact support@youramando.com within seven (7) days of delivery with your order number and photos. You do not need to return the item. We will send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund, at your choice.
Never arrived: if your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact support@youramando.com within thirty (30) days of the estimated delivery date. We will open a carrier investigation and arrange a replacement or refund once it completes.
Carrier delivery confirmation is treated as proof of delivery to the address you provided, even without a signature. We are not responsible for packages lost due to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
